Well well well...the CD is almost here. THANK F'ING GOD!!! It's on it's way and should be here Monday.
Now with that being said, here's the deal. We'll be streaming our ENTIRE album on our website and Facebook pages until the official release date...which is 4-20-2011. You'll be able to jam out to your heart's content...but after 4-20, only a few will be available...and you'll have to buy the CD to enjoy that which is thy Blood Rooted.
Thanks to Brett and his wife for giving us the honor of playing at their 10 year wedding anniversary. We had an awesome time and wish them the best! And we hope that Brett eats a dick for making us taking shots of Tequila. :)
For those that weren't there...we played a new song for them, and also a little Garth Brooks...Blood Rooted style!!! Whoot whoot!
Our next show will be April 9th @ BFE Rock Club. We'll be working with the awesome guys at Lone Star Metal Magazine (http://www.lonestarmetalmagazine.com/). We'll be opening up for Carry the Storm, Holy Hell Rod, and Dead Earth Politics (From Austin). Should be a bad ass show...as always! Check out our facebook and website from time to time for any updates on the show.

Tracking is Done!!!
All the tracking for the Blood Rooted's debut album is done!!! And it's about damn time!
It should start getting mixed within the next couple weeks if all goes according to plan. We're not sure how long that will take, so you little Bloodlets just stay patient. We still have mastering to be done after that...but after that we should have some samples for everyone to jam out to.
August and September SHOWS!!!
Well we're back into show mode. We broke the rust off at the last show opening for 2 Cents. That was a pretty crazy ass night! We were glad to be there to rock out and make some new friends. The night was certainly unforgettable...to say the least!
Our next show will be August 21st @ The Meridian (Wired Live) with 12 other local bands!!! $1 Drafts, Drawings, Models, Vendors, Food, and "more"! We have tickets for sale for $10 which you can get from anyone in the band. Just a reminder, the more tickets we sell, the better position we get in the line-up...so even if you can't make it, we could still really benefit from the ticket sales!
Our next show after that is at Fitzgeralds on Sept. 3rd. It'll be our first time playing there, so it should be a pretty cool experience.
BLOOD ROOTED...Around The World?!
We're still looking for some more participation on this one. If you have a Blood Rooted shirt, or a sticker you're willing to Sacrifice to the cause, we want you guys to take pictures of ya'll wearing the shirt or putting the sticker somewhere. Just tell us where you are, and we'll put it on our website and myspace pages.

COMO ESTAS BITCHES!!! Well folks, we are well on our way to finishing this album. We've made some good progress despite a few set-backs and retardedness. We got the drums and all but the acoustic guitars recorded. The bass will hopefully be recorded this weekend in Danny's ghetto recording studio. After that, we just vocals, mixing, mastering and reproducing! Whooty whoot whoot!
Still haven't gotten the stickers yet...yea...Daddy's not happy about that. But that's price you pay for cheap prices...if that makes any sense. :) I was told they would be here this week or next (insert jerking off motion here).
Not much more at the moment going on. We don't have any plans to play and shows anytime soon. The record is our first and only priority right now. From what we have right now...we know you guys will NOT be dissapointed. We'll more than likely be throwing a cd release party and have some free food and some jamming sessions...but we'll keep you guys posted. Send us any ideas you guys may have about where to throw it or really just any god damn thing...we enjoy bullshitting with you guys!
